Do you like to read books that set in a certain city, state, or country?
Do you ever find a town in a book that just calls your name and you can't wait to tell someone about it?
That's what this new meme is about. I like to read books set on the coasts, Maine, North Carolina is my favorite, but the book I reviewed below is set on the California coast. Someday I want to retire to Caswell Beach, North Carolina. We had the best family vacation there quite a few years ago, it was the most relaxing time, looking out at that ocean, the sunrises and sunsets. Since I live in Wisconsin, the only water I get to see are lakes, rivers,ponds or from a faucet and it gets so cold here in the Winter so books set on the coasts work just like the Calgon "take my away" commercials.
