ENQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW - WEEK 30

Photobucket

No, I am not a new Tabloid Reporter, but this is a feature so
that we can all get to know each other better.

This feature will be open from Thursday at 12:01 A.M. and close on Monday at 11:59 P.M. to allow those that want to participate over the weekend the opportunity to do so when they have more time.  So you may want to check back on Tuesday or check the previous week's link on Thursday to view everyone's answers.

Links to all previous can be found by clicking the Enquiring Minds Want To Know page in the right sidebar for those who missed a week or two and want to catch up on everyone's answers.  To do that please link up using the actual post link  instead of the link to your entire blog so people can find your "Enquiring" posts easier.

If you are just joining this feature
WELCOME!!!!!
We all become friends/followers but most of us will never meet in person, this feature is to help us all get to know each other better.

Each Thursday I will post 3 questions for you to answer
that you can copy and post on your blog with your answers.
You don’t have to be a blogger to participate either. I will be using a Linky List for the blogs to use to participate and follow each other around to get to know each other, but if you are not a blogger just answer the questions in the comment section following the post on your favorite blog. Please feel free to click on the links and visit other blogs too.

This way we not only get to know other bloggers,
we get to know our followers too.
I am really excited about this meme
and hope many more people will join the fun!!!!!

Are you interested?

How do you like my new background?
It makes me feel relaxed and tranquil and
ready to "escape with a good book."
I made a few other adjustments too and
according to the test sites it loads a lot faster.
This new background has me thinking about traveling.

WEEK 30 QUESTIONS

1. Have you ever traveled outside of the United States?

2.  If you could pack up today on a vacation and money was no issue where would you go?

3. Is there somewhere in the United States that you have never been that you would like to visit?
If you live outside of the United States replace your home country for the United States in these questions.

Now be sure to copy and paste the information and your answers into your blog, then come back to link up, so we can come to your blog and read your answers.

I hope you will come back to this meme every week and tell your friends so we can all get to know each other better and get the answers to all the questions
Enquiring Minds Want To Know.

MY ANSWERS:
1. Have you ever traveled outside of the United States?
As a family we traveled to Canada on the Lake Superior Circle Tour, I think that was in 1998 and Jeff and I spent a week in Cancun, Mexico in 2000.

2.  If you could pack up today on a vacation and money was no issue where would you go?
We used to take a lot of family vacations or long weekends prior to my accident but haven't had one since. The best for me was a two week vacation with one week spent on Caswell Beach in North Carolina and driving home we stopped in Washington D.C., Kitty Hawk, The Pro Football Hall of Fame and Hershey, Pennsylvania. Our son Jayme is in Daytona Beach this week with his girlfriend and her parents and I was sad to learn that he doesn't remember much of that wonderful trip.  He was only 5 years old.  For that reason, if I could, I would pack the whole family and go on a Caribbean Cruise. Something for everyone, for us old people, the kids who are all now adults and for 3 year old Kaden too.

3. Is there somewhere in the United States that you have never been that you would like to visit?
There are 2 places I really want to visit and they couldn't be farther apart. Niagara Falls and The Grand Canyon.

I can't wait to hear about your travels.
Now it's your turn!
Let's get to know YOU!!

Hey, there! Thanks for stopping by my blog today. The book certainly does draw you in. I just picked it up last night and I'm already almost half-way finished! I can say with confidence that I'll get to write a good review for it. It should be fun!

1. I have been to Nuevo Laredo Mexico many times when lived in Laredo Texas and walked across on the Pedestrian bridge, long before the gangs took over the border and started killing tourists we stopped going across...

Also have been to Aruba once on a company sponsored trip with my husband in 1984. Not really wanting to go back being in the US is good enough for me as plenty to see and do here!

(My Husband got to go to Niagra Falls once Lori , without me if you can believe that! He was at a school for working on gas air conditioners for 2 weeks many years ago and he drove from where he was staying to the falls, he took some pictures and that is a sight to see!)

2. If money was no issue would love to go to Australia, the Outback and the Great Barrier Reef are calling my name constantly!

3.I would give my eye teeth to take a cruise to Alaska... I would also love to be able to do some traveling by vehicle to a couple of the major cities there as well!

Got linked up late but here.
I remember Hershey park as a young kid - loved the wooden roller coaster! I am so glad I got to see the Grand Canyon last year. It was amazing. I haven't been to Niagra Falls.
