"All the best stories in the world are but one story in reality -- the story of escape. It is the only thing which interests us all and at all times, how to escape."

The weather here is playing havoc with my body, aches and pains I know will go away with a little sunshine.  Wisconsin weather has sure been crazy, in the middle of last week, it was HOT AND HUMID, temps in high 80's.  Woke up Thursday and it was cold, never reached 60 degrees and it has been cool, cloudy, rainy, yucky ever since.
Please Mr. Sun, please shine down on us today!!

I have added a new meme on Thursdays and
hope you will come back then and participate.

No, I am not a new Tabloid Reporter, but it is a feature so that we can all get to know each other better.  I hope you will all check it out and join the fun.

PLUS

You've got some great books lined up! Don't you just love the Lavene's books! I hear ya about the aches and pains - for some reason I decided to start working in my garden again after the hot hot summer kept me inside. Man, my arms and shoulders are aching! Have a great Labor Day, my friend!

Great reading week. It is cold, cloudy and rainy over on this side of the lake too.

Looks like you had a good reading week. I hear you when you say the weather plays havoc with the body. I never watch the weather anymore because when the barometer is about to drop, I know it 2 days before because of the pain.

Sounds like some fun things coming up in Sept, will have to check out your new meme. Live in Australia but totally relate to weather, my poor hands and hips are my own personal barometer, they pain and rain is on it's way!
Hope sunshine and happy reading times are in store for you this week :-)

Every week I come here I just laugh at all the fun cozy mysteries you read. I have to sit down and read a couple of these one of these days - it has been so long!

The Max Lucado book looks good to - I love him!

(Sorry I am so late - I was gone out of town until Monday late afternoon)

Love my cozies, but not exclusively, I read almost anything except sci-fi and vampires. Of course my daughters love to read all about the vampires. lol Just not crazy about bats, unless they are like Grandpa on THE MUNSTERS!! We used to live in a really old house and bats got in all the time, scared me to death. Can't even look at them at the zoo, I break out in a cold sweat just entering the building. Nope I'll take a cozy over a vampires any day.
