I finished "the Heroines" by Eileen Favorite this weekend. It was a great premise that didn't pan out for me.

Started "Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress" about the re-education program in China. Very interesting so far.

Have a good Monday!

Thanks everyone for stopping by. While cozies are my absolute favorite genre. I love to read almost anything with the exception of vampires, werewolves, etc. paranormal and sci-fi. Those books I leave to my kids, especially my daughters.

You had a really good week of reading! And more good stuff lined up, it seems. I really want to read something by Debbie Macomber one of these days - it's really amazing how fast she can turn these books out! Enjoy!

I take it Call Me Mrs Miracle is a sequel to Mrs Miracle from 1996? I read the latter a couple of years ago and really liked it, so this one's going on my wishlist.

This is my first time visiting your wonderful blog, and I'm now a new follower. :)

Love new followers and yes, Hilde it is a sequel but one of the things I love about Debbie Macomber books is that they can all stand alone. I think the Cedar Cove series should be read in order though.

I love visiting you blog as I always find some interesting reads to add to my TBR pile. This is the perfect time of the year to pull out those 'cozies', don't you think?

Have a great reading week!

I love the look of those Kate Collins books, so cute! And I keep seeing little bits of "Christmasy" books popping up her and there and I can hardly wait! So exciting!

Have a fabulous reading week and if you get a second stop by There’s A Book to take a look at what I’ve got planned for the week! :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I think Sh*t my Dad says actually starts this week! I will have to try to catch it! I wonder if it will be as laugh out loud hilarious as the book. It's a quick, but really funny and different, type of read! Have a great day!
