"All the best stories in the world are but one story in reality -- the story of escape. It is the only thing which interests us all and at all times, how to escape."

FEEL GOOD FRIDAY!!!!!

Welcome to
Feel GooFriday!!!

Erika had found that a lot of her bloggy friends reading posts about being positive, so she thought she might try her very own meme. She just wanted everyone to feel good and have some happy thoughts as you begin the weekend.  Go over to her blog for the details.

"The Girl" is busy constructing a new website so for the time being this feature is being hosted by lia sophia tomgirl.  She has a great blog, be sure to check it out!

My wonderful sister-in-law sent me this email this morning and it prompted me to change my whole Feel GooFriday!!! post.  The other post was already about friendship and the wonderful people I met here online, but this email took me to a whole new level as you we see below.

After reading this email, the tears were flowing and after writing back to my awesome sister-in-law I immediately thought of all of you and how many wonderful friends I have made since starting this blog and the difference so many of you have made in my life.  Feel free to put this back in email form and pass it along or leave your email address in the comments and I will forward it to you.
It is a powerful message that needs to be shared with anyone who has made a difference in your life.

That's what makes me Feel Good,
I can't wait to read about what made you
Feel Good this week!!

That's a nice story, but where did all of the ribbons come from? The teacher gave each student 3 ribbons to pass on and yet somehow, each person then gave 3 ribbons to the next person to pass on. I couldn't get past this part of the story...

The way I read it is that this boy was given three ribbons, he gave one to his mentor and then handed the 2 left over to the mentor who then gave one to his boss and then gave the boss the extra one to pass on which he gave to his son. I am not sure if that's what all the kids did, but this one sure worked out well. Thank God, he works in mysterious ways.
