ENQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW - WEEK 34

No, I am not a new Tabloid Reporter, but this is a feature so
that we can all get to know each other better.

This feature will be open from Thursday at 12:01 A.M. and close on Monday at 11:59 P.M. to allow those that want to participate over the weekend the opportunity to do so when they have more time.  So you may want to check back on Tuesday or check the previous week's link on Thursday to view everyone's answers.

Links to all previous can be found by clicking the Enquiring Minds Want To Know page in the right sidebar for those who missed a week or two and want to catch up on everyone's answers.  To do that please link up using the actual post link  instead of the link to your entire blog so people can find your "Enquiring" posts easier.

If you are just joining this feature
WELCOME!!!!!
We all become friends/followers but most of us will never meet in person, this feature is to help us all get to know each other better.

Each Thursday I will post 3 questions for you to answer
that you can copy and post on
your blog with your answers.
You don’t have to be a blogger to participate either. I will be using a Linky List for the blogs to use to participate and follow each other around to get to know each other, but if you are not a blogger just answer the questions in the comment section following the post on your favorite blog. Please feel free to click on the links and visit other blogs too.

This way we not only get to know other bloggers,
we get to know our followers too.
I am really excited about this meme
and hope many more people will join the fun!!!!!

Are you interested?

First I have to tell you what happened last week, and I almost forgot so this is an edit to the original post.
Cheryl from CMash Loves To Read and I have become great bloggy friends and last week after answering the spa question, she sent me an email that had me roling on the floor laughing (ROFLMAO).

I had said in a few of my messages on your blogs that I wished we lived closer so we could all do a spa day together, but that we would probably get kicked out because of all the talking and laughing.  On Cheryl's I added that I hope they let us get dressed first.
This is the email she sent to me about that comment:
"You friggin kill me.  Today it is gorgeous here in RI and I have the windows open in my office/reading room and my neighbors must think I am ready for the padded room because I am laughing so hard picturing us and a bunch of us from the "hen party"  being escorted out with green mud on our faces, head wrapped in towels, white bathrobes and white slippers.   I can picture it now....other patrons would be talking behind their hands...saying  look at them..they probably had a few before getting here LMAO

I couldn't get the picture  out of my head for days and now it's back. I hope it is now in all of your heads too.  Can't you imagine all of us having a blast together!!!

Cheryl  has a wonderful post on Sundays called Shining Star where she puts one blogger on the red carpet each week so we get to know more about them.  A little like this meme but she asks questions about their blogging life and more serious questions.  I love that meme, it is my first stop each Sunday.  After the first week my husband has called it my "SUNDAY MORNING HEN PARTY".  Cheryl has set him straight and featured him several weeks in her comments and he loves it.  You really need to check this feature out.  Go to CMash Loves To Read to check it out.  She is off this week for Easter and maybe a couple weeks after that for a little rest and relaxation.  But don't worry I will remind you when she's back.  You can always go there to check out the previous weeks and meet some wonderful bloggers and see how much Jeff plays a little part in these "hen parties".

Now, down to business!!

WEEK 34 QUESTIONS

1. What is your favorite Easter candy?

2. Do you recycle, reuse, and reduce?

3. Do you have any special traditions to celebrate Easter or Earth Day?

Now be sure to copy and paste the information and your answers into your blog, then come back to link up, so we can come to your blog and read your answers.

I hope you will come back to this meme every week and tell your friends so we can all get to know each other better and get the answers to all the questions
Enquiring Minds Want To Know.

MY ANSWERS:
1. What is your favorite Easter candy?
Cadbury Creme Eggs

2. Do you recycle, reuse, and reduce?
Our recyclables are collected each week with our trash.  We try to reuse as much as possible to reduce our waste and do our best to enrich the earth rather than erode it.

3. Do you have any special traditions to celebrate Easter or Earth Day?
Easter used to be a day for our family starting at church and continuing on with a family dinner, and when the kids were little included an egg hunt.  Now our children are grown and as I have mentioned before we have not been to church since I was fired from my job there and the pastor lied to me.  Now we still try to have a nice dinner with as many of the kids as possible and of course the Easter bunny will leave some surprises for our grandson Kaden.

The area school kids always use the day to do a general clean up around the area, although this year it will be more difficult as there is snow on the ground. We also generally do a clean up around our yard and plan future plantings of trees, etc.

Now it's your turn!
Let's get to know YOU!!

I looooooove Cadbury eggs, which is why I don't buy any. I'd eat them all and feel sick. :( I'd love to recycle, but they don't have curbside pickup here and the recycling center is on the other side of town and has odd days for opening.

Have a great week!

1. What is your favorite Easter candy?
Those colored malted milk balls

2. Do you recycle, reuse, and reduce?
We have recycle pick up too and also at work. Do as much as I can. I try to reuse what we can too. Really have reduced in the last couple of years.

3. Do you have any special traditions to celebrate Easter or Earth Day?
When kids where young it was church, finding Easter baskets, & then a Easter lunch. Kids are grown here too so just have a small dinner. Used to always find something to do for Earth Day when son was in school.

Well - at least the image from CMash has nice spa robes rather than being thrown out without!!
Happy Easter Lori to you and your family.
