No, I am not a new Tabloid Reporter, but it is a feature so
that we can all get to know each other better.
This feature will be open from Thursday at 12:01 A.M. and close on Monday at 11:59 P.M. to allow those that want to participate over the weekend the opportunity to do so when they have more time. So you may want to check back on Tuesday or check the previous week's link on Thursday to view everyone's answers.
Links to all previous weeks at the bottom of the post for those who missed a week or two and want to catch up on everyone's answers. To do that please link up using the actual post link instead of the link to your entire blog so people can find your "Enquiring" posts easier.
If you are just joining this feature
WELCOME!!!!!
We all become friends/followers but most of us will never meet in person, this feature is to help us all get to know each other better.
Each Thursday I will post 3 questions for you to answer that you can copy and post on your blog with your answers.
You don’t have to be a blogger to participate either. I will be using a Linky List for the blogs to use to participate and follow each other around to get to know each other, but if you are not a blogger just answer the questions in the comment section following the post on your favorite blog. Please feel free to click on the links and visit other blogs too.
This way we not only get to know other bloggers,
we get to know our followers too.
I am really excited about this meme
and hope many more people will join the fun!!!!!
Are you interested?
I have to say we had some really good recipes shared last week. If you didn't get to travel around and check them out I hope you can squeeze some time in this week.
Swedish Poor Man's Cookies at Debbie's Book Bag
Cinnamon Sugar Butter Cookies at SugarBeats Books
Sandtarts at Martha's Bookshelf
Hershey Kiss Cookies at Ellie's Books, Fitness and Other Stuff
They have all been added to my recipe file. I also like the answer from a few whose favorite cookie was "those baked by others".
WEEK 16 QUESTIONS
1. What is the present you want Santa to bring the most?
2. Do you have a big meal on Christmas or just snack all day?
3. Do you read Christmas books this time of year, is there a special one you reread year after year?
Again, I know all these questions are Christmas related and don't want to offend anyone, if you don't celebrate Christmas, please tell us about your holiday or family traditions. I always like to learn new things.
I hope you will come back to this meme every week and tell your friends so we can all get to know each other better and get the answers to all the questions
Enquiring Minds Want To Know!!
MY ANSWERS:
1. What is the present you want Santa to bring the most?
A new gadget called a "GO" that would enable me to cut fabric again and maybe start creating quilts again for my family. Note: This will mean less time for reading and blogging, but being able to make a quilt for my grandson would be priceless. That is a present that is probably out of reach and really just a wish. I have asked Santa for more reading time in my day. I would also like some new pillows for my bed and get a few of my old favorite movies on DVD's since the VHS copies are really just paperweights.
2. Do you have a big meal on Christmas or just snack all day?
I am a snacker, just kind of graze all day.

3. Do you read Christmas books this time of year, is there a special one you reread year after year?
I love reading books this time of year with a Christmas theme, it helps keep me in the spirit, but there is not a book I read again and again. Although I just received a copy of The Christmas Journey by Donna VanLiere that I could see myself reading every year.

My mother could sew anything. She loved making quilts too. Me, I'm not crafty at all!
I love reading Donna VanLiere.
Wow that GO sounds very cool! I did a lot of sewing when I was in high school, wish I had one of those when I was making a quilt for my mom one year, would have saved me a load of time of doing hearts one by one!!!
I'm a snacker too :D
Lori,
I have the sign up page ready for the 20ll Cozy Mystery Challenge up on my sidebar...
That "Go" machine looks really cool. I hope you're able to get one!
I like the "Go" machine although I am not a sewer. We still have a large VCR collection. We got a machine to copy onto DVD before we realized most would be write protected. So we still have a VCR as well as the DVD player.
